Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) The Petitioner is allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,83,000/- deposited by K.C.Corporate Finance Advisors Pvt. Ltd. (Respondent No.2 herein). (ii)The undertaking given by the Petitioner that she shall bring back the said amount of Rs.5,83,000/- along with interest if any, if the Court so directs, is accepted.

(iii)The balance amount of Rs.5,83,000/- deposited by the Respondent No.1 shall remain to be deposited and invested and shall not be handed over to the Petitioner.

(iv)In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. ) SSP 1/1
