Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered consent terms, under which it is stated that the disputes in so far as the present proceedings are concerned, stand resolved in the manner as agreed between the parties in the consent terms. The consent terms are signed by Mr.Prashant Ubale - authorised signatory of the petitioner who is a legal officer and is present in the Court, and on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2, by respondent no.2 who has the Special Power of Attorney, which forms part of the consent terms and which has been verified and acceptable to the petitioner. The consent terms are also initialed by the Advocates for the parties. There is no dispute on the signatures made on the consent terms. Accordingly, the consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings as set out in the consent terms stand accepted.
