In terms of an order dated 30th April, 2010 passed by the learned Single Judge in notice of motion No.1273 of 2010 in suit No.2889 of 2003, the present petitioner is permitted to make an application for renewal of the FL-III license initially held in the name of his deceased father.

16 wp 1921.15.doc two weeks from today, the same will be decided in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the same.

Mr. Misar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has already given an undertaking in terms of paragraph 5(c) of the said order. In that view of the matter, the petitioner would not be entitled to claim exclusive benefit for renewal of the license and same would be for the benefit of all the heirs of the deceased. 5.

In the light of the above, learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, fairly concedes that the grievance raised in the petition, no more survives. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. [SMT.ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.] [RANJIT MORE, J.] Shubhada S Kadam 2/2
