This is a suit seeking decree of divorce under Section 32-B of the Parsi Marriages and Divorce Act, 1936. The learned counsel for the parties confirm the fact of the parties having agreed to the terms of settlement, as provided in the consent terms dated 1 st September 2021.

Both the plaintiffs are present in court. They affirm the contents of the plaint as well as their affidavits in support and consent terms executed between them. The parties are seen to have married on 3 rd December 2009, as evidenced by the Certificate of Marriage issued on 23 rd December 2009, which is annexed at Exhibit-A to the plaint. the welfare of the minor child, as set out in the consent terms. They have also tendered their affidavits-of-evidence dated 27 th September 2021 today and have affirmed the contents thereof to be true and correct. They have confirmed their decision to proceed with the Suit. 3.

Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) By consent, Suit is decreed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

(ii) Marriage between the parties solemnized on 3 rd December 2009 is dissolved.

(iii) Suit is disposed in the above terms.
