This notice of motion is for restoration of the suit that came to be dismissed by a self operative order dated 2nd March 2015 whereby the plaintiff was directed to remove office objections within one week from the date of the order, failing which the suit shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. The counsel for the plaintiff makes a statement that on or before 7th January 2017, all office objections will be removed. In view of this statement made by the counsel for the plaintiff, the order dated 2nd March 2016 is recalled and the suit is restored to file. Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2
