Heard. By this Notice of Motion the Applicant is seeking early hearing of the Writ Petition on the ground that the Applicant is a senior citizen, aged 75 years. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Notice of Motion.

Hence, following order is passed:

Hearing of the Writ Petition is expedited.

Office to place the Writ Petition for final hearing in the weekly board, as per its turn in the list of the Senior Citizen's matters.

The Applicant is directed to remove all office objections in the Writ Petition within 8 weeks from today, failing which the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court. d.

The Notice of Motion stands disposed of accordingly.
