CORAM: G.S. PATEL, J DATED:

4th September 2018 PC:- 1.

The Petition is for Letters of Administration. The Plaintiff's Affidavit of Evidence and documents have been filed. 2.

There is an Ambassador car having registration no. BYZ 6176. The registration number itself tells us that the car is very old. The photographs at Exhibit "A1" show us that it is not just very old but is also in a very poor condition. The photographs at page 9 are taken 4th September 2018

38-NMT160-18.DOC much earlier and the present declaration is visible from pages 7 and 8.

3.

The Defendants do not have any objections to the Plaintiff selling the car. The Plaintiff will proceed to do so, and if any amount is received, it shall be deposited in this Court. If the Plaintiff has to pay to anybody, he will bear those costs himself. 4.

List the matter on 21st September 2018 for marking the Plaintiff's documents. That date takes care of the prayer for expedited hearing.
