After arguing for some time, when this court declined to entertain the present Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 27.8.2019 passed by Deputy Collector (Encroachment) in Appeal No.2108 of 2018, Petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Mohite 1/2
