Mr Surana appears for the Applicant. It is the owner of the property that is sought to be acquired under the slum redevelopment proposal propounded by the Writ Petitioner. Obviously, the Applicant is a necessary party. 2.
The Interim Application (L) No. 14723 of 2023 for impleadment is made absolute.
INTERIM APPLICATION (L) NO. 14750 OF 2023:

The Interim Application is by three other SRA societies. These three societies are opposed to the Writ Petitioner and they oppose the proposal that is propounded by the Petitioner. It relates
to the same plot of land and we believe that they have an entitlement to be heard because their own proposal is in coordination with the owner represented by Mr Surana.

Thus, the Interim Application (L) No. 14750 of 2023 for impleadment is also made absolute.
INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 2862 OF 2022:

The Applicant, Surve, is the chief promoter of the Petitioner society. He says he is the chief promoter of the Petitioner society and that there is a dispute within the Petitioner society itself. 6.
Having allowed two Interim Applications for intervention, we see no reason to disallow the third. This Interim Application is also made absolute.

The Petitioner is not prejudiced in any way. In fact what Surve may have to say in the Writ Petition may well affect the locus of the Writ Petitioner society.

All amendments are to be carried out within one week. Reverification is dispensed with.
