The Petitioner has filed this petition, challenging E-Tender process which has been floated by the Respondents, on the ground that there are ambiguities and anomalies in the said tender. 2.

Shri Nalavade - learned Government Pleader has now submitted a clarification and tried to clarify all these anomalies. It is submitted that this note will be put up on the website today itself. 3.

In view of this statement, the Petitioner shall submit his bid online by 5.00 p.m. today. The Respondents shall consider both the bids filed by the Petitioner on the website as well as submitted in the hard-copy. The Respondents shall be permitted to open the technical bid before 27th July, 2015.

In view of this, the petition does not survive and it is disposed of. However, it is clarified that in the event there is any grievance about the tendering process, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again.
