Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Notice of Motion the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 208 days in filing the Review Petition to review the order dated 14th September 2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2326 of 2015.

31nmw387inrpwl22.doc vehemently opposed the present Notice of Motion. He submits that costs be imposed.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, we are satisfied that Applicant has made out a case of sufficient cause for condonation of delay.

Hence, following order is passed:

(a) Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"a) For an order of this Hon'ble Court condoning the delay of 208 days in preferring the Review Petition before this Hon'ble Court."

(b) Notice of Motion stands disposed of accordingly. [ABHAY AHUJA, J.] [ K.K.TATED, J.] 2/2
