Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This Chamber Summons is preferred by Claimant No.1 for allowing them to withdraw sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- which is lying with the Registry of this court.

The present Chamber Summons is preferred by claimant in Land Acquisition Reference No.12 of Mohite 1/2

6 chs996-15 2003 filed under section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Both the counsel submit that evidence is completed. Matter is ready for final hearing. The learned counsel for applicant claimant no.1 submits that they already applied to the Registry for certified copy of some of the documents/evidence. Same is not provided by the department. He further submits that as the matter is already for hearing, they have no objection to place LAR itself for final hearing and in that case, he does not want to press the present Chamber Summons at present.

Considering these facts, following order is passed:

a) Office is directed to place L.A.R. No.12 of 2003 in the weekly board for final hearing in the week commencing from 19.12.2016.

b) Registry is directed to provide certified copy of evidence and other documents, if it is applied by the parties immediately.

c) Chamber Summons is disposed of, as not pressed at present.
