Prayer in chamber summons is to allow the petitioner to amend the petition as per the Schedule annexed to the chamber summons namely to substitute the name of the decree holder "AU Financiers (India) Ltd." with "AU Small Finance Bank Limited", by way of change of name. The amendment is formal in nature. There can be no opposition in the change of name. Accordingly, chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
