Pending the hearing and final disposal of the Suit, the Defendants undertake not to sell, alienate, encumber, part with possession and/or create third party rights in respect of the Suit premises. The undertaking is accepted. However, it is clarified that the Defendants shall be at liberty to give the suit premises on leave and license basis to use the same as business centre. However, it will be provided in the Written agreement that the same shall be subject to the final decision of this Court at the time of hearing and final disposal of the Suit.

Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed off. 3.

Hearing of the Suit is expedited.
