Perused the Court Receiver's Report. The Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder : "(a) Plaintiffs in HC Suit No.435 of 1989 may be directed to pay cost, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver of Rs.18,113/- in the office of Court Receiver within stipulated period of time as may be directed by the Hon'ble Court with interest at the rate as Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper from date of preparation of Final Statement of Accounts till actual realization; (b)Cost of this Report be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- and the Plaintiff may be directed to deposit the same with the Court Receiver within stipulated period of time as may be directed by the Hon'ble Court;"

The Advocate for Mr. Manhar Khadawala undertakes to pay the said amounts as set out in prayer clauses (a) and (b) above, within a period of one week from today. The undertaking is accepted.

Upon making payment, the Court Receiver shall in view of the Consent Minutes of Order filed in Suit No.3801 of 1998 hand over the books of account and documents deposited with him to Mr. Manhar Khadawala. 4.
