1] Learned counsel for the Respondent - Corporation, Mr. Sagar Patil on instructions of Ms. Surekha Khairmode - Administrative Officer (School), G/South Ward makes a statement that the Respondent - Corporation shall give the benefits of 6th pay commission to the Petitioner and the period which was stated leave without pay shall be treated as paid leave. Statement is taken on record shall be treated as an undertaking to this Court.
