The above Writ Petition was listed alongwith Writ Petition No.2858 of 2012 filed by one M/s. Nayana Builders and Developers Vs. State of Maharashtra and others. In the said Writ Petition Consent Terms were filed by the parties. The said Writ Petition No.2858 of 2012 and Writ Petition No.1976 of 2011 along with the Notices of Motion in question stood disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The Contempt Petition being lodging No.59 of 2013 was also disposed of on the ground that in view of the Consent Terms, the same does not survive. In so far as the above Writ Petition No.2693 of 2012 is concerned, the same also stood disposed of to the extent mentioned in BGP.

the order dated 04.12.2014. By the said order, 24 slum dwellers were granted liberty to take recourse to such remedies which are available in law in respect of the grievances which survived. In view of the said Consent Terms, the above Writ Petition stood disposed of and is therefore wrongly on board.
