The parties have tendered Minutes of the Consent Terms dated 26th July 2016, signed by the Constituted Attorney of the plaintiffs, both the defendants and their respective Advocates. The counsel for the plaintiffs and the counsel for the defendants states that they are satisfied that the Constituted Attorney has the necessary authority of the plaintiffs to sign this Consent Minutes of the order.

Shri Vishal Kanade, an Advocate is appointed as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate and decide all the disputes which are involved in this suit and the 22 other suits which are listed in the Minutes of the consent terms. This suit dismissed as withdrawn.

Refund of Court fees, if any, in accordance with Rules. In view of the above, the summons for judgement also stands disposed.
