This application is for leave under Section 446 of the Companies Act, 1956.

Having considered the affidavit in support and in view of the fact that the official liquidator has no objection, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) except the bracketed portion. The order reads as under : (a) That leave be granted to the applicant abovenamed under Section 446 of the Companies Act, 1956 of this Hon'ble Court to continue and proceed with the Arbitration Petition being No.226 of 2014, thereafter Court Receiver Report being No.388 of 2014 and Arbitration Proceedings filed by the applicant before Learned Arbitral Tribunal Advocate Bharat B. Jain against the Glodyne Technoserve Limited (which is now in liquidation) through Official Liquidator.
