WEALTH TAX APPEAL NO.1305 OF 2007 WITH WEALTH TAX APPEAL NO.1331 OF 2007 WITH WEALTH TAX APPEAL NO.1332 OF 2007 WITH WEALTH TAX APPEAL NO.1389 OF 2007 Mr. Damodar states that his instructions are to withdraw these appeals since the appeals are under the Wealth Tax Act read with Urban Land Ceiling Act and both these Acts have been repealed. In addition, the amount involved also is not much. In view thereof, Mr. Damodar seeks leave of the Court to withdraw these appeals.
