This Notice of Motion can be disposed of by the following order, by consent:- (a) The Registrar of Trade Marks will proceed expeditiously to hear Trade Mark Applications Nos. 938585 and 938586 in Class 34 dated 11th July 2000 and to consider in the course of those hearings
Opposition Nos. BOM-212721 and BOM-212722 filed by Plaintiff No. 3;
(b) The Registrar of Trade Marks is requested to endeavour to complete the hearing by the end of October 2016.
(c) Both sides agree not to seek any adjournments before the Registrar of Trade Marks;
(d) After concluding his hearing, the Registrar of Trade Marks will proceed to make his final order including his reasons. He is requested to do so within 12 weeks after the arguments are closed. He shall not, however, make these reasons, findings or the final order known to any person but shall, instead, submit his final order with is reasons and findings in a sealed cover to the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court;
(e) The Prothonotary & Senior Master is to retain that order in a seal till further orders of the Court; (f) List the Trade Mark Applications and Oppositions before the Registrar of Trade Marks on 27th September 2016 for fixing a schedule for the hearing and for suitable directions;

It goes without saying that the period of limitation for filing Appeal or other proceedings against the final order of the Registrar of Trade Marks will, of course, commence from the time that the Registrar of Trade Mark's order and finding are made known to the parties on both sides.

The Notice of Motion is disposed of in these terms. No order as to costs.
