Mr. Singh, counsel for petitioner states that after the order dated 27th April, 2018, petitioner has made inquiries and the registered office of respondent company has always been in Ahmedabad and it was by mistake filed in this Court. Mr. Singh further states that there are proceedings pending in NCLT, Ahmedabad against the company. Therefore, petition stands dismissed.
