For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (1) and (2). The Official Liquidator shall adjudicate the claim of the Applicant within a period of six months from the date of this order. The Company Application is accordingly disposed of.
