DATED :- SEPTEMBER 8, 2015 P.C. :- We have heard Mr. Sangani and Mr. Saluja. We have perused the Petition and all Annexures thereto. We have also perused the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of the Respondents and which clearly indicates several opportunities given to the Petitioner to satisfy the authorities that the profession tax has to be paid as computed by the authorities and not as per the understanding of the Petitioner. The factual dispute has been gone into and resolved at the end of several authorities. The order passed by them does not suffer from any infirmity or perversity, requiring our interference in the Writ Jurisdiction. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
