Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners. The challenge in the present writ petition has made to the election results of the Respondent-Society, held on 22.7.2018, as well as to the order of appointment of interim liquidator by the Dy. Registrar (Exhibit RR to the petition). The learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternate statutory remedy, available in law.
