By this suit, the plaintiff no.1 and plaintiff no.2 have prayed for dissolution of the marriage under section 32-B of the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936 which was solemnized on 28th December, 2009. Both the plaintiffs have filed affidavit of evidence stating that they have been living separately from 1st August,2018 and are entitled to a decree of divorce. The parties have already annexed consent terms at Ex.B to the plaint affirmed on 8th August,2019. Consent terms as well as the affidavit of evidence are taken on record. The suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms. No order as to costs. [R.D.DHANUKA, J.]
