The Notice of Motion is for recall of my order dated 14th July 2015 by which I rejected three Affidavits in Rejoinder in the Miscellaneous Petition. The reasons for that rejection are set out at length in that order. No case is made out for recall of that order. In fact paragraphs 2(v) and 3 make matters considerably worse since they appear to gloss over certain details that are set out in paragraph 3 of my order.

The Notice of Motion is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
