By praecipe dated 4th August, 2022, the learned Advocate for the Respondent has sought for extension of time to deposit the original grant with the Registry, which was to be deposited within a period of three weeks vide order dated 15th June, 2022, but because of oversight, it could not be done. 2.

Having considered the averments in the praecipe and considering that the Respondent No.1 is not resident of India, a 1/2
