The challenge in this Petition is to the Reference Order dated 09.07.2014 passed by the Respondent No. 2, Deputy Commissioner of Labour (Conciliation). Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 5 has fairly stated that Respondent No. 5 shall alone be liable, in the event any orders are passed in favour of the Respondent No. 1 workmen and that the liability, if any, imposed upon the Petitioner shall be cleared by the Respondent No. 5 alone subject to its rights to challenge the orders. 2.

We accept the aforesaid statement of the learned Counsel for Respondent No. 5 and direct the Respondent No. 5 to produce a copy of this order before the Reference Court. The Reference Court shall take note of the statement made in this order and pass orders accordingly. 3.
