In this appeal, it is submitted that the tax effect is less than Rs.20 lakh. It is submitted that department has issued a circular not to proceed with the appeals wherein the tax effect is less than Rs.20 lakh.

In view of that, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
