This Appeal under Section 260-A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (the Act) challenges the order dated 11th February, 2015 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (the Tribunal), Pune Bench 'B', Pune. The impugned order is in respect of Assessment Year 2010-11. 2.

Mr.Tejveer Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the Revenue seeks liberty to withdraw the appeal.
