Sheriff Report no. 19 of 2021 seeks direction in relation to sale of ownership property being flat no. 404, LLA Apartments, Section 4, R.D.P. 7, Charkop, Kandivali, Mumbai-400 067. The Sheriff seeks further direction for payment of advertisement costs. The three bidders were all present in Court and were asked to increase offers which are found to unacceptable. In the circumstances I pass the following order :

(i) The earnest money deposited by the bidders shall be refunded. (ii) Report is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and (c). (iii) Valuation report to be put back in sealed enveloped. (iv) Report disposed in the above terms.
