The learned Counsel appearing for the second respondents, on instructions, states that as and when the report of the Disciplinary Committee is placed before the Council of Architecture, the Notice thereof will be served to the petitioner and that the petitioner will be given an opportunity of being heard.

We accept the said statements made on instructions. We also accept the statement made which is recorded in the earlier order dated

Needless to add that Council will hear even the third and fourth respondents.
