First of all Mr. Puranik appearing for respondent nos. 2 to 5 who are ex-directors, states that he has not been served a copy of the application. Mr. Shah for petitioner is unable to confirm whether it is served or not served. Be that as it may, the application is only to direct the official liquidator to take possession of the digital assets of the company since the company is ordered to be wound up vide order dated 12th January 2016. 83.ca.462.2016.cp.330.2013.doc Puranik for respondent Nos. 2 to 5 states that while disposing of the petition, the official liquidator has been appointed with all powers under the Companies Act, 1956 and therefore, there is no need to pass any such order as stated in the application.
