Chamber summons accordingly disposed. Ms.Shaikh appearing for plaintiff states that plaintiff's evidence is closed. Mr.Sawant for defendant no.2 states that defendant no.2 wish to lead evidence in the matter. Ms.Shaikh states that during the course of this week, they will take inspection of the documents relied upon by defendant no.2 and on or before 6th September 2017 they will also provide defendant no.2 statement of admission and denial with reasons for denial.
