Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection if the court receiver is discharged appointed by an order dated 11th March, 2015. Statement is accepted. Court Receiver is accordingly discharged on payment of costs, charges and expenses as may be notified by the Court Receiver which shall be paid within two weeks from the date of such communication.
