Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks two weeks extension to apply to the office of the Court Receiver for enforcement of the order dated 11th March, 2015 passed by this court and agrees to pay the requisite costs, expenses and charges of the court receiver within two weeks. It is made clear that if application for enforcement of the order is not made within two weeks and the costs, charges and expenses are not paid within the time prescribed, the order of appointment of the Court Receiver dated 11th March, 2015 shall stand vacated forthwith without further reference to court however on payment of costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver. The petitioner is also directed to pay cost of Rs.3,000/- payable on this application to the office of the court receiver within two weeks from today. Court Receiver's Report is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. [R.D. DHANUKA, J.]
