Perused the Chamber Order and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of the Chamber Order, the order dated 0512-2017 by which the above Suit stood dismissed for non-removal of office objections is set aside and the Suit is restored to file. However, the Advocate for the Plaintiff shall remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the above Suit shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. The Chamber Order is accordingly disposed of.
