The Receiver has executed the commission in accordance with the order dated 9th August 2016. There is a report that is placed. It shows that substantial quantity of goods with the offending mark were found. The Defendants have been served. There is an Affidavit of Service dated 29th August 2016. The Affidavit is taken on file. Despite service, none appears for the Defendants.

For the reasons set out in the Petition for leave under Clause XIV of the Letters Patent, it is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

Now that leave has been granted, there will be, in addition to the previous ad-interim order, which is to continue as a final order on this Notice of Motion, an interim order in terms of prayer clause (b).

The Notice of Motion is disposed of in these terms. There will be no order as to costs.
