The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the plaintiff states that in view of the fact that the defendant is under liquidation before the N.C.L.T. and the Interim Resolution Professional has already been appointed on 29th January, 2019, he seeks leave to withdraw the present suit and file his claim before the appropriate authorities in the liquidation proceedings.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the suit is disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Refund of court fees, if any, as per rules.
