In response to the Court's query, counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6/management submits that appropriate proposal shall be sent to the respondent No.3/Joint Director of Education in regard to the claim of the petitioner for entitlement of pay parity based on his qualification. 2.

If such proposal is forwarded by management (to whom it is also open to submit its say on the claim of the petitioner), the Joint Director shall decide the same in accordance with law. 3.

The petition as such stands disposed of.

Needless to clarify that while deciding the proposal, it shall be open for the Joint Director to hear the petitioner, so also the management.
