The above OLR is filed to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment of the professional fees of Rs. 31,270/- to S. M. Pradhan & Company, Chartered Accountants as well as further payment of bills as and when raised by the said Chartered Accountant. These payments are to be made out of the available fund lying to the credit of the Company (in Liquidation). Page 1 of 08 March 2023

Having heard the Representative of the Official Liquidator as well as the learned Advocate appearing for the Workmen, the OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "(a)In view of para (4) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make the payment of professional fees of the S.M. Pradhan & Co., Chartered Accountants of Rs. 31,270/-, and further payment of bills as and when raised by the said Chartered Accountant out of the available fund lying to the Credit of the Company (In Liqn.)."

The aforesaid payment of professional fees of Rs. 31,270/- to S. N. Pradhan & Co., Chartered Accountant, shall be made within a period of four weeks from today.

The above OLR is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. 5.
