The learned Advocate for Respondent states that he has no objection if the Applicant is allowed to be joined as party Defendant to the Suit. In view of this statement and for the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :
"(a)that the proposed Defendant No.3 be impleaded and added as Defendant No.3 in the Suit No.760 of 2013;
(b) for consequential amendments as mentioned in the Schedule annexed to this Chamber Summons;"
