Mr. Neeraj Mahendra Shah, who has signed for defendant no.1 as partner states that defendant no.2 - Mr. Sanyal Desai is also a partner of defendant no.1 and both Mr. Shah and counsel for plaintiff identify the signature of defendant no.2 and make a solemn statement that it has been signed by defendant no.2.
