Having heard Mr. Dwarkadas, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Petitioner and finding that the amendment can be granted without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Respondents, we permit the Petitioner to delete following words from Paragraph No.1 of the Petition :- 1/2 CHOL-432-15.doc
"as well as for and on behalf of all the members of the Respondent No.2 Company"

These words from Paragraph No.1 of the Petition would stand deleted. The Petition be amended accordingly. Leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 3.
Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 to file reply to the Petition, if any, within a period of three weeks from today. 4.
Writ Petition to be listed on 19th August 2016 under the caption "for admission".
