At the same time, Mr.Mehta states that the Court Receiver who was appointed pursuant to order dated 21.4.2016 be discharged without passing of account. Mr.Mehta undertakes that if there are any charges outstanding, the same will be paid by petitioner within two weeks from receiving communication from the court receiver. Undertaking accepted.
Court Receiver accordingly discharged without passing of account.
