In this matter, the Court Receiver has been already discharged by an order dated 5th February, 2014 in Court Receiver's Report No.11 of 2014. Though the fees, expenses and charges of the Court Receiver are communicated to the petitioner's advocate as far back as on 24th February, 2014, the petitioner has not paid a sum of Rs.10,600/- and thus this report for direction to deposit the amount with interest and cost.

The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,600/- in the office of the Court Receiver within two weeks from today with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. and also cost of Rs.3,000/- payable on this application, failing which appropriate action against the petitioner would be taken under the provisions of Contempts of Court Act.
