By this application, the applicants / plaintiffs seek to carry out amendment as per Schedule annexed to the application in order to bring on record legal representatives of original defendant No.1, who expired on 16.08.2020. Copy of the death certificate is annexed to the application.

Although there is no appearance on behalf of the applicants today, proposed defendant No.1(d) is present in person in Court. He has also filed reply affidavit and he states that he has no objection to the proposed defendants being added as parties to the proceedings. He 1/2

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
