By this review petition filed under Order 47 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the petitioner seeks recall of the judgment dated 5th July, 2019 passed by this court in Writ Petition No.925 of 2011 dismissing the writ petition filed by the petitioner. 2.

A perusal of the grounds raised in the review petition clearly indicates that the review petitioner seeks this court to re-appreciate the findings already rendered by the two courts below and the detailed judgment rendered by this court on merits. The petitioner could not point out any error apparent on the face of the order. Review petition is misconceived and is accordingly rejected. No order as to costs. [R.D.DHANUKA, J.]
