Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. The Company (in liquidation) - United Divers Private Limited has been wound up on 15th October, 2012.

The above Application is taken out by the Applicant - State Bank of India as a Secured Creditor for possession of Flat No. 402, Everest Cooperative Housing Society, Nerul, District - Thane, which belongs to the Company (in liquidation).

The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant states that as and when the said flat is required to be sold, the same shall be sold by the

Nitin 2 / 2 918-CA-199-2015 Applicant in association with the Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay. In view thereof, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and the statement made by the Advocate on behalf of the Applicant is accepted.
